Currently in the Planning and Permitting stages, the Glengala project is an upcoming development of a low density suburban property into high quality medium density housing.

Located conveniently adjacent a strip shopping node, and directly on a local bus transport route, the Glengala development project is approximately 1.5km in a straight line to Sunshine railway station.  Zoned for the excellent Sunshine Heights Primary School and nearby Sunshine College, the position of the new and renovated dwellings presents an exceptional balance of convenience and community.

The development features 3 dwellings, all with sustainability, quality and practicality in mind.  Two dwellings are 3-4 bedrooms, with double garages and generous open space provisions.  The third townhouse is smaller at 2 bedrooms, and features a separate home office / study space.

Materials to be used in the construction feature recycled bricks, compressed fibre cement, standing seam metal, and Australian hardwood cladding.  Solar design principles have been employed to ensure energy efficiency, with timber framed double-glazed windows used throughout.  Roofs are flat with central rainwater water collection points, and which allows the maximum number of solar PV panels to be installed.

Landscaping is both pragmatic and robust, featuring an exposed aggregate common driveway, feature galvanised steel planted pergolas, and a mixture of deciduous trees and vines to provide shade and fruit during summer months, while maximising solar heat gains during winter.
